Our Shipping Policies

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1 - 2 business days after placing your order for processing. Orders placed during public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sale periods, you may experience a delay in processing your order. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for our team to dispatch. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification with tracking details.

  • Whilst we endeavor to fulfill all orders, please note some styles and sizes may not be available at time of dispatch. If this situation occurs, we will notify you at our earliest convenience.

  • Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. On the instance that the receiver rejects a shipment, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.

Free Shipping

If your order qualifies for free shipping the cost of shipping will automatically be deducted from your order total.

From time to time GRAZIELA runs free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, simply sign up to receive our Newsletter at the bottom of main page. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page when applicable.

Tracking Your Order

You can quickly and easily track the progress of your shipped order via DHL:

1.Find the DHL tracking number contained in the shipping confirmation email that we sent you.

2. Go to service provider website and track your parcel.

*We recommend providing a business address where possible, or where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm. Please note we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.

Currency, Taxes and Duty

Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency.

Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you love what you ordered, but in the event that you don't, we've made it as simple as possible to return items to us and we will do our best to issue you with a refund/ store credit as quickly as possible.

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit (excl. shipping) and purchase the new piece separately. 

Returns

Returns of full-price merchandise are accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Items received outside this period will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition and with tags. All purchases of sales merchandise are non-refundable.

Sales or markdown items can be returned for store credit providing the item(s) meet the criteria for normal returns.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe.

How to Return Merchandise

1.Before mailing the item you wish to return please submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can do this by sending an email to admin@graziela.com.au.

2. Your RMA number will be generated and emailed to you, along with return instructions.

3. When returning items, please enclose:

- The completed Returns Form, including your RMA number

- Your receipt (included in your delivery)

- The item(s) for return, including packaging

- Send your return to:

4. Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive your refund/ store credit (excl. shipping costs).

 *    We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Your own return postage costs are not refundable. 

  • Please ensure to use a reputable company and an easy to track service, as GRAZIELA is not responsible for parcels being returned by the customer.

  • We do not offer pre-paid returns service.

  • We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your return.

Lost Goods or Damaged Goods

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.

Faulty Items

If an item is assessed and considered faulty, GRAZIELA offers a number of suitable solutions:

  • A repair of the product, where possible

  • A replacement product

  • A refund of the original purchase amount
